"Free 50 orders/month; $0.2/order" This is false. There's absolutely nothing free about this app. You can't access ANY pages of the app or view the settings available without paying for a plan.

This app sucks primarily because of their support, which is non-existent. If there were another app that I could use, I would. This one and their support is trash.

Customer service is a joke. They keep asking questions that don't get you any closer to a resolution. It's supposed to link your products from Shopify to Amazon, but you end up having errors on everything. Today my Amazon order didn't sync at all and thank goodness I still have my Amazon seller notifications or I wouldn't have know at all. When I brought this up all I got was excuses why It didn't sync. If I have to do all the work myself, I don't need them getting in the way. Honestly, I think the good reviews they have posted are fake.

I do not recommend this app! I paid a very expensive service of 900$ extra for them to take charge of uploading all my products to amazon, but they don't do what they say. money and time wasted. 1 star is too much!

I had a disappointing experience with this service. I hired them to upload my products to Amazon and was told there were synchronization issues between Shopify and Amazon, allegedly due to payment problems or vacation mode. After contacting Amazon directly, I confirmed that my Seller Central account is fully operational and ready to post products. Despite providing screenshots and proof of my $300 payment, the service provider has not resolved the issue and insists the problem lies on my end. On top of that, they don’t respond to emails, and their customer service has been terrible since I made the payment. It’s hard to trust the positive reviews they have, as they seem fake. I would advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this app

The service provided by this company is extremely disappointing. They charge extra for features that should be included in the subscription. I have to call them daily, and my issues still aren't resolved. It feels like their goal is to frustrate customers into paying more for services they've already paid for. Truly frustrating.

schlecht, einfach nur schlecht. Unübersichtlich, verbuggt und schon bei der Verbindung des AMZ Acc stürzt die Anwendung immer wieder ab. Kann ich nicht empfehlen.

I could not get a single product to upload to Amazon. I have called them, I have used the chat support and I still do not have any products showing on Amazon. I cannot recommend this app.

After struggling for months we will be deleting this awful app. #1. CS seems designed to infuriate you - they act dumb and talk in circles and willfully refuse to understand your question. Then give you infuriating answers like 'just turn it off' when you spent 20 minutes explaining that it wont let you turn it off. #2. Do NOT use this app for listing creation, they can't even handle syncing. #3 SO MANY bugs and limitations. They won't fix any of them. You can't control what they sync with Amazon. Want to have higher prices or different fulfillment times on AZ? Forget about it CED will force you to match Shopify. I cannot even list how many bugs there are in the software. #3. One bug in particular. There is a setting for OOS inventory quantity (settings>product) displayed that keeps resetting itself to 999. Their default is to push 999 units to Amazon if something is OOS. If you turn it off, it turns itself on again. This is a huge booby trap - Amazon will shut your listings down if you keep cancelling mistaken orders. The workaround that I found is you have to de-link any OOS products. Again though this is a big problem if you have 1,000 skus. Things go OOS all the time. You will need to manually de-link anything that goes OOS. It took me weeks of yelling at them to even get them to acknowledge the problem. I don't know if it is fixed. When I tried to talk to them about it and ask if it will stay off now, they just repeat back to me what I said as if they are informing me of how it works ("when you put in "0" it resets back to "999") even though that is a bug, and talk in circles and refuse to acknowledge the problem or tell me if it will keep resetting back to "999" for OOS products or now.

This had to be the most painful app I have ever had to use. Installed over 2 months back and nothing but issues uploads to Amazon show they are listed yet on amazon they are not even showing the variants for the product. I have had a ticket open since the 17th of the 5th it is now 9th of the 7th with no resolution to the issue. The only way I have managed to get any of my products listed on amazon is to manually add them to Amazon and then link them back to shopify with the app. Any products listed in the app and uploaded never actually get listed in Amazon and sit on amazon as incomplete and they keep saying wait it will reflect in 24 hours, we'll it been over 24 hours and still same incomplete. App is totally useless rather load th product to Amazon manually you will suffer less stress. And when I have even had so many issues I was asked to pay them to list my products without errors

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP! THEY WILL NEVER LEAVE YOU ALONE! We installed this app for ONE DAY, LAST YEAR and they have been harrassing us ever since! I mean constant emails, IG DMs, texting our phone... If I could share screenshots on here I would. I mean there's spam and then there's stalking. Because of them, we've started sending account and data deletion requests to every app and platform we can find reference to in our emails because I seriously worry about our data privacy. How can they continue to email 18 months later? Shopify has gotta have some sort of policy in place to STOP THIS MADNESS!

The team is all over the place. They keep promising results but never actually follow through. I have had to repeat myself several times, and they still do not complete the tasks. To put this into context, I first set up with CED in February 2024, and my products are still not synced to Amazon Seller Central. It is now June, and I have had to change account managers several times. I want a full refund for the optimization and the product listing services immediately. I am not happy at all.

Unreliable. There is a setting for OOS inventory quantity displayed that keeps resetting itself to 999. They wont' listen to my feedback about this setting, and it has caused DAMAGE to our Amazon metrics because we keep having to cancel orders. When I chat them they deny this and blame it on me. Infuriating! When i try to talk to them about it and ask if it will stay off now, they just repeat back to me what I said as if they are informing me of how it works ("when you put in "0" it resets back to "999") even though that is a bug, and talk in circles and refuse to acknowledge the problem or tell me if it will keep resetting back to "999" for OOS products or now. "999" is the default quantity pushed to Amazon for OOS products and there is apparently no way to turn this off - as you all know cancelling orders repeatedly will get your account shut down. They are refusing to address or fix this feature. >:(

Don't waste your time with this App. Total garbage. They claim AI automation and product sync and integration and then when you sign up, they ask you to pay more $$$ to have their team help with listing your products. TOTAL SCAM! Beware. Run away from these people!

We tried the Marketing Plan, however there was no useful support at all and none of the features listed in the plan were ever fulfilled. Chatting with CEDcommerce support in Shopify was just talking in circles with no solutions. We had one audio-only meeting where they told us we'd get an audit by a certain date and after that, they would need Amazon Partner access. The audit never came, and then they said it was because they needed access to complete it. We sent the link but they weren't able to use it and sent instructions on how to do exactly what we already had done to send it. After 3 weeks we gave up and cancelled.

What a nightmare. I installed the app. Out of the products that were already being sold on Amazon, some were shown without an ASIN and some with an ASIN. I asked support why, what the nightmare continued... An hour of messaging, at first they say they're not on Amazon, I say how come here's the screenshot, they say oh yes they are, I checked myself. "Refresh the page," they say. I refresh, same thing, I send him the screenshot again, they say the products are not on Amazon. I say how can they not be, you just checked and said they were. Such uselessness.
