When I first installed this app it was amazing. Everything was easy to understand and support was so helpful and walked me through how to set up matching groups and models. Unfortunately, over the past few months the app has become glitchy and doesn't work properly. Every time I reached out to support with a new issue they said they would look into it and get back to me...then nothing. Now, this app has removed all of the models I spent an enormous amount of time creating and support told me some changes were made but they would help rebuild them. They didn't help or respond after that so I have to remove them and warn others. Best Amazon imported app at the beginning, worst at the end due to lack of follow up or resolutions. I've just spent the last 3 months paying for nothing. I'm uninstalling before the next bill is due.

I was really looking forward to using this with my Shopify store but all i get is error messages, tried to validate a different card but then couldn't assign all the market places in one go and they charged me for the privilege of trying to do so each time. added products but can't complete as the old card isn't validated even though the new one is!! road block after road block for trying to set something up that should be simple. I understand the checks but it doesn't help when nothing works on the mobile app or through Shopify!!!

not good, i was really looking forward to connecting through this app. too many obstacles (need a professional amazon seller central acc, need account verification, need to sync and assign all countries, error codes when trying to connect through feed.biz, could not get the feed.biz to change to uk kept defaulting to US) too much hassle to continue

Le paramétrage de ce connecteur est assez complet et les données beaucoup plus riches que d'autres connecteurs MarketPlace Amazon. Il a cependant fallu plus d'un mois d'échanges pour avoir un fonctionnement automatique d'import régulier des commandes de Amazon vers Shopify, mais nous y sommes arrivés. Merci à Harvey de Common Services pour la persévérance.

11/30 Update: Unfortunately there are a lot of bugs with this app and support hasn't been able to fix a color map syncing issue for over 2 weeks and has basically stopped trying. I'm left with over 4k amazon search suppressed listings because of it. I will update my review if the issue is resolved between now and when my subscription renews. I can't continue to pay a monthly fee if my listings aren't being seen. 5 Star App & Service! Keterson and Harvey have been tremendously helpful and walked me through creating models, mapping, and providing an Amazon template guide with definitions. I have been intimidated with listing on Amazon for years, but now I have the right tools and support to get my products listed in time for the holidays thanks to this app and expert team. I am so excited to finally be able to post products without getting numerous errors, such as search suppressed and missing offer. Many, many thanks!

Die Integration mit meinem Shop funktioniert nicht. Ständig kommt eine Meldung: "invalid". Auch der Chat antwortet seit 1 Stunde nicht, in keinster Weise! Schrecklich.

La aplicación tiene un montón de opciones y nos está funcionando muy bien desde hace más de 6 meses. Hoy por primera vez hemos utilizado su soporte y Harvey nos ha tratado con todo interés y ha solventado una situación problemática para nosotros. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo.

In the beginning the app was a bit overwhelming and it still is. Thanks to the great onboarding help, everything is now up and running and I'm happy and satisfied for now. I will certainly take another look at all the functionalities in detail and then contact support again if necessary.

It was a little difficult at first, but not on the integration app side. The integration app works great! I think on the Amazon side, they don't communicate clearly attribute criteria for all categories. For example, we had a group of items we were trying to upload to our Amazon store and Amazon was blocking the request because we were missing attributes that Amazon had not listed, so items were stuck between Integration and the Amazon marketplace. Tech support was incredibly kind and patient, however helpless because according to his records, we had all the information we needed included in our item attributes. Amazon tech support was horrible and were of no help; almost treated me like an invalid for even attempting to integrate our Shopify store into our Amazon store. I finally figured out on my own through 3 weeks of troubleshooting, I had to manually upload our items then tell the integration app to resubmit as an update to the said items to get Amazon to accept them and for integration to sync. Definitely NOT Integration Plus' problem. Your app has worked amazing and done everything we need it to do. Amazon needs to get up to speed, though. If anyone else has a similar issue with product not syncing/uploading to Amazon, that's how you fix it! Thanks for all the time and help from tech support and keeping this app up to date and functioning seamlessly; it really saves a lot of stress!

I found this app quite difficult to understand. There are too many steps, and the process isn’t user-friendly. It seems like they’re just trying to make more money by charging for customer support, which feels unfair. I expected better guidance without needing to pay for help. Disappointed.

Wow, this app is a LIFE SAVER! We have really low shipping rates on Shopify that beat Amazon so shipping Amazon orders from Shopify saves us so much money! This app does it for you. It was seamless set-up and when I needed help Harvey helped in a snap! The other feature I love is you can set rules, for example I can mark-up my products sold from my store on Amazon by a certain % to help cover cost of Amazon fees and shipping. Brilliant!

Keterson is so so helpful! It's a bit of a process to get your head around the product uploads. So having his insights & understanding has been great! He is informative and always willing to talk overtime to complete the uploads and make sure that we are comfortable.
