The app is fine, but the technical support is really very slow. They don't have 24/7 tech support, and even during working hours, they hardly reply to emails. I mailed them on Thursday at 11 a.m. and till Friday night there was no response, so I connected with them through chat and on the chat the executive asked me to wait till Monday.

Me ha servido para añadir reseñas de manera de forma gratuita. Cuando he tenido dudas a la hora de importar las reseñas el servicio de atención al cliente me lo ha solucionado en un par de minutos dándome indicaciones con capturas de pantalla de lo que tenia que ir haciendo paso a paso. Recomiendo sin duda esta App. Lo único es que no me deja editar el nombre, fotos ni la forma en que se ve en mi página.

Alem disso me cobraram o valor da mensalidade indevidamente, a assistente notou o meu desconforto e sabia que não tinha ficado ao menos 2 horas com este aplicativo e disse que era apenas para desinstalar. mas assim mesmo me cobraram pelo serviço não entregue! Reafirmo. É Péssimo!

I installed this app this does not work they charged $9.99 and I asked why reviews not importing they said developer team checking i submit a ticket on 18th Apr today is 24 Apr they are saying we are working on it. Worst services ever.

I'm extremely disappointed with this. It consistently failed to upload multiple products, causing me hours of frustration. When I requested a refund due to its malfunction, they refused to provide one, despite their claim of offering a guarantee. This lack of customer support and unwillingness to stand by their product is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this plugin. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a reliable solution.

La aplicación es buena, pero no la encuentro tan amigable. Faltan más opciones de edición de los widget. Sin embargo el equipo de soporte es excelente, la ayuda es inmediata y muy resolutiva. felicitaciones por eso.

great app. The only feature I dont like is the review popup. should have an option to manage how often it appears after customer close it.

Cogí el plan de 9.99€ y no he podido instalar las reseñas, no me aparecen en la web, seguí los pasos que me dijeron y aún así no va. He contactado 3 veces con ellos y sólo me han dicho que se pondrían en contacto conmigo y que me devolverían el dinero y no me han devuelto el dinero ni me han contestado. No recomiendo esta app.

I had a great experience with the people at AliReviews. Despite the time difference that seemed to be a factor during our support sessions, they made sure to follow up with my emails until the issue was resolved. I really appreciate it. Wish they had a number that they can be reached at.

Navigating through the app feels cumbersome, and it's challenging to find the features I need. A more user-friendly design would greatly enhance the overall experience. Additionally, I noticed a lack of exporting review on the app. For those valuable reviews our customers left and we can't export them out!! Moreover, the app's search functionality is unreliable. It often fails to retrieve accurate results, making it difficult to find specific reviews or products. This undermines the app's core purpose and severely impacts its utility. Furthermore, the absence of clear guidelines for users makes the reviewing process confusing. Users need more explicit instructions on how to navigate the app and make the most out of its features. Clarity in this aspect is crucial for a positive user experience.
