The app has potential but whoever runs it is either lazy or incompetent or both, this app should not be allowed on shopify in my opinion

The app is fine, but the technical support is really very slow. They don't have 24/7 tech support, and even during working hours, they hardly reply to emails. I mailed them on Thursday at 11 a.m. and till Friday night there was no response, so I connected with them through chat and on the chat the executive asked me to wait till Monday.
