I experienced some issues with my first orders as they couldn't be placed into my AliExpress account, and I wasn’t sure why. Thankfully, the Zopi support team was amazing! Jennie quickly identified and solved the issue, but her shift ended, Ross seamlessly took over without me needing to explain everything again.
