So every online product in existence, has a bug every now and then. I should know, i'm a CTO for a living. So sure, every now and then theres an issue - and i'll be honest, most of the time its been a user error (my fault), but even when its an issue my end the customer support cannot do enough. Always very responsive, and always happy to help, and always remedy the issue quickly--which is so important for an online e-commerce business. Would recommend again and again! I've been using the app for 6 months now and it's been a total game changer. I would highly recommend it to anyone dropshipping on tiktok using aliexpress - a range of plans make it scalable and the use of AI features is also great. There's been a few issues but the chat team have been so quick to sort out any issues and have happily done so.
