Really solid app! We sell niche, high AOV products that personalised to the customer. A challenge of ours is high abandoned carts because the customer requires quite a bit of consideration before purchasing. We use Airtable for a lot of our current processes and being able to integrate our abandoned cart data into Airtable is great for our workflow. My customer service team loves it and it makes sorting through that data really easy too. Highly recommend for anyone using Airtable + Shopify!
