Tried another popular autotag app with disastrous results, including all our orders being wrongly tagged, and having to pay to get them removed. ‍♀️ We spent a month trying to work with their tech support, and each time got a different person who was not aware of the dev issues occurring. Finally gave up and tried Leap. FANTASTIC choice! Everything works, and any time I've had trouble getting the rule logic right their team has responded within 24 hours with a solution. No going in circles. This autotagger has likely saved me 1-1.5 hours of work per week, which makes a big difference when you're busy. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service and support provided from this team. This app is very important for our business it saves us alot of admin time by adding notes to the order to help our accounts team POS out our sales faster by knowing how our customers paid for orders. it also tags orders so we are alerted for express etc. highly recommend

This is an excellent app for creating automated workflows for your products on Shopify. When you cannot utilise the parameters for a collection sort based on Shopify's options, this App will provide the answers and many more. I highly recommend this product and the support team.

This is a truly helpful app. Easier to use, MUCH more flexible and advanced than tagging in Shopify Flow. The ability to set rules and backdate tagging is excellent. This app has been an automation hero for me.
