Best customer support. I had an annoying glitch with my product star rating being duplicated and I tried fixing it myself but had no luck. So I contacted the customer support for assistance and they got it fixed in no time. Huge thanks to Penelope and Charles from Avada customer support for helping me out.

Great App everything you need is there in the app and it is easy to use all the features are there easy to import reviews through amazon and other market places and most importantly support is amazing they are very nice people, like i was stuck somewhere and a person called MIA she helped me through it and she is very kind and helpfull quick responses and explains everything in detail . big shout out to MIA .

Wonderful customer support, Audrey helped me with the entire set up process start to end, and loved how it was automated. It would help to get a summary of how she went about it so that if I have a need to future add-on but getting a transcript of the chat and the automated processes that was requested help on in shopify setups.
