Problem solved in a day, my review comments with pictures were not showing up after i disabled and enabled the app, but the support person jasmine helped me solve the issue, its all set now.

Truly one of the best support experiences I’ve ever had — and the app is fantastic too! ️ I was honestly feeling really confused and overwhelmed trying to figure out how to set up product reviews and UGC on my store. I didn't test all the features as I just got the app today, seems nice as I can import reviews from 3rd party apps and the UI is nice, i left 5 stars as the Support from Hana was quick and really helpful, saved me quite some time, I hope the rest of the app is as good
