I tried out several other (most popular) review apps before I finally installed Air Product Review. Wish I had done this earlier just to avoid all those frustrations and the waste of time. I love how this app allows me to manage reviews, to integrate with other apps, and to customize its applets on my page. I had a little trouble setting up the star rating widget on several pages, because my theme template does not support this app by default. I reached out to the customer support of Air Product Review, and was connected to Sonny. Kudos to Sonny and the tech team with him, the problem was resolved within a couple hours! And while waiting, Sonny constantly kept me posted about the progress, which was really reassuring. This is definitely one of my best experiences on Shopify so far.

The Air review team is seriously so helpful that whensoever i asked them to help me out they did all the work from my end. Everytime i pinged them they were available and guided me through every possible step to make my store look good and finish the work as soon as possible.
