I'm still using the free trial so jury is out on the product yet as we are only just setting it up but the customer service / help desk are amazing so leaving the review to compliment them on a job very well done. So far the app looks good but only been using it for a couple of days so will give a more thorough review after a month

AfterSell has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store. It’s incredibly effective at increasing revenue by creating post-purchase upsell and cross-sell offers that are shown to customers after they complete their orders.

That might not seem important to everyone, but when you're trying to get an upsell working on a Saturday night and no one is there to help until Monday, you realize how crucial good support is.
