I chatted with Laura, and she quickly solved not one but two issues in a very timely manner. The second one was a bit slower because of time differences, but it's understandable, as it was late evening at her location when I reached out to her. She was friendly, and I'd leave a review as I promised. She sent me a nudge by email to remind me. I just installed and set up the program, which was pretty easy (I "cloned" my affiliate program from another site of mine that sits on WP). I don't know how flowless the app is at this stage, but if the customer service is this quick and helpful, hopefully, it's a sign of excellent service.

So far the best AM App on shopfiy store, its free to use and have every apps and config opportunities i need to customize. Thanks Laura for stunning and fast help!

I have been trying to contact their support for the past 4 days but every time I messaged them on the chat bot they said they are now offline no response no significant documentation on how the functionality works I am really disappointed.

Laura has been very helpful. She set up our domain overnight. I wasn't expecting an answer until the next business day, but she did it Friday night. The app has been working as expected, and it's really nice that we can set up our domain without even paying. I assume they make money while transferring the funds or something.

I just downloaded tonight, and the whole process was very simple. The app is packed with features, and the fact it's completely free is just insane. I downloaded 3 different affiliate apps and this was my favorite... easiest to setup and best balance of features and functionality. I did have a few minor issues, such as making the custom domain, and adding my brand's logo to the landing page. Laura from the support team was a big help. She answered all my questions really fast, and took the initiative to help resolve my issues. She actually uploaded the logo because it wasn't working on my end. I may have just been impatient... but either way it's working now. I'm really excited to have found this app, and have a good feeling it will contribute substantially to our sales. Laura said in the future, there might be paid plans, but only once more advanced features are added. The features included on the free plan won't be effected. I really hope they add a feature that encourages customers who just bought to join the program and earn COMMISSION. They do have a form for the post purchase thank you page, but it only offers the customer a DISCOUNT if they sign up. I think a lot more customers would sign up after purchasing if they knew they could earn money, rather than just get a discount right after they already bought something. So hopefully they add that option, and I would gladly pay for it.

This app is super easy to use. I had a few questions regarding setup and their support team were quick and answered all my questions. They have more than paypal for payouts, which is awesome and allows you to create custom discount codes for affiliates, which is the norm.
