We launched a new ecommerce site and implemented Advanced Shipping Manager for our rate calculator. ASM is a great tool to apply all the intricacies of a complex shipping operation. The quality of the app and its flexibility is only surpassed by the amazing customer service. We do very complicated things on this app and from time to time have a question or we create a new situation for ourselves we are unable to resolve on our own, and we get responses from them in minutes not days.
