AMAZING SUPPORT & APP This is my first shopify app review, and I can't single out any member of the team they are all exceptional. I have been using the app for 6 years now. I never needed support until recently were we have being having issues with international pricing and taxes, also I needed some design work done so the app integrated well with my theme, they responded within a few hours every time and fixed everything I needed within 24 hours. These guys are incredible with customer service and so willing to help with anything! They provide you with tips that make sense, and never make you feel like your bugging them! I've learnt so much about the updated app already with their help, and its becoming easier to customize my website! 10/10 guys thank you so much!

I don't put a 5 because I am still waiting the import/export with csv option for price add-ons edition but for the rest, the existing features and the support are a 5. They reply very quickly and help a lot with custom implementations in your store.

Doesn't allow you to track inventory and show when a specific option is out of stock. It used to but doesn't any longer.

APO Product Options is a game-changer for my business. I offer a wide range of product options, and this app makes it seamless and easy to manage. It's super user-friendly, and the support team is second to none—always helpful, kind, and patient, even when I make silly mistakes. Couldn't run things as smoothly without it!

This APP use to be great. It did everything we needed for a company that sells personalised items but now it creates variants and products that are unneeded through this mws_apo_generated thing, my online store does not look good as there are sizes and colours that are duplicated. As someone in South Africa we do not get instant support. I understand that there are time differences but they should cater for different time zones. Now my customers cant checkout as it limits the quantity when they app is activated. And there is not one to assist me. I had to deactivate the app and need to start everything from scratch even though this was the best app for us.

This app was the only affordable option we found that lets customers customize their orders with compatible accessories. It's never given us any problems.

Great App and easy to handle. Incredibly fast and great customer service. I've had Template problems several times where not everything was displayed perfectly. The friendly customer service was able to solve this within an hour.

We use Shopify. Often, we need more complex conditional question answered related to the product. APO Product Options, Variants has been a great solution. It is versatile, easy to use and has responsive support when you need it.

APO and the Mageworx team are hands down the best. The app itself allows for unparalleled customization compared to the other apps out there in terms of options and product management, but also style design to match your storefront. Angie, Polina, and the entire team are incredible; every time there's been an issue, we've updated our theme design, or I've just needed help with a few APO coding tweaks, the team has been highly responsive and helpful. TLDR; cannot give enough positive remarks to the app and the team - best of the best.

Brilliant app, super useful to add extra functionality to my shopify store. I use it for capturing extra free-form text to orders. The support is fantastic, Angie and the team are so fast to get the small issues I've had resolved. If I could rate it 6 Stars I would!
