A must have app for every Shopify store to increase performance. Really good support and easy to use and set up!

This waas really difficutl, first off, their installation process is a complete mess. Unlike every other Shopify app I've used, you can't just install and start using it. I was stuck at a "THEME IN REVIEW" screen forever with ZERO support. They claim it takes 30 minutes BUT YOU'RE STUCK THERE, and.that's clearly a lie. Their customer support is saldy no no good. I reached out for help and got LEO who kept messaging me over and over again bout "business hours" while my store was locked - as if e-comstops on weekends! When I finally did get a human response, it was useless no help, no access access my store without me explaining how to use a basic store. The communication was painfully slow and my qestion were simple like how to enable and use the app but onlly got confusing answers in return. At one point, I even had to ask if this was a real app or some kind of scam because of all the block and no way forward. Save yourself the headache and avoid ABConvert; their app is broken upon install and the support is on purpose making you stand still it feels like.

We have some misunderstanding before, but Jeffery is trying really hard to resolve the problem, and he shows how kind and patient he is. Keep up the good work, I would love to see his business grow

If you want to increase your profits and landingpages, this app is a MUST-HAVE. Working flawlessly, saving you 100s of $ for third party apps. Jeffrey has an amazing support team including himself. Def. recommend.

Jeffrey just went above and beyond to help fix our store when it wasn't even this app that was causing the issue. He spent hours going through each line of code even after he was supposed to leave for the day, not stopping until he found the issue. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the support and trust we can use this app to work for our complex store setup.

App does exactly what I need it to do. I needed some help setting things up as I use a few different apps that interact with each other on our Shopify store and customer support was very prompt and helpful.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK This app cost me more than it helped or saved. *****DOES NOT SYNC INVENTORY. (also does not warn you about this) In my case this lead to overselling hundreds of items. when I asked the staff to explain how inventory works, it took well over 5 minutes to get a real answer: Me: so i am meant to manually recalculate my inventory after a test? Jeffrey: No you don’t have to Me: then why is my inventory oversold Jeffrey: Just go analytics and see how many test variants are sold Jeffrey: And minus the number Jeffrey: That’s it

A must-have app if you want to improve your backend and increase profit margins. Jeffrey is very helpful and talented. He helped me in a quick call setting up the whole app, giving best practices. Best of all, I did not know this app existed. I used 3rd party apps which were expensive to do AB testing and this is a native shopify app so it can track sales and profits better. I've been using this app for a couple of days and I'm super impressed with the built-in functionality and level of support they offer. We have some custom landing pages with several products & variants on the same page. They offered to step in and do a couple of custom things so their app would work seamlessly with their app, the same day we asked! For regular Shopify pages, the testing works out of the box with just a couple of clicks. It also works with subscriptions (Recharge in our case). This saves us a ton of $$/time/effort by skipping bulky A/B testing software and it doesn't impact speed!
