At first, my emails to the support team were going to their spam folder so if you don't hear back from them for a while, try writing via the app form again. Once they received my messages, they were so helpful and responded very quickly. They helped me with all of my questions (and I had a lot!) and they never made me feel bad about asking. They also responded in a very clear and easy to understand way. I really appreciate this app!

It is the best application I have tried, it allows me to have several functions in a single app, the support team is very friendly and they answer all your questions, I recommend it 100%

So far I'm not experiencing what I was hopeful for based on the reviews. I've seen many reviews stating that the customer service is amazing and timely but I have received one brief email in response to helping get my shop set up with this app and it did not even help resolve my issues. I have no idea how to get this set up on my website and I am not technologically dumb - I can figure out a lot on my own most of the time. Their instructions are minimal in their FAQs. I had high hopes for this app because it has such positive reviews. I'll be happy to update my review if I start to receive helpful/timely customer support but thus far I cannot give this app a positive review.

Really nice B2B & Wholesale solution for Shopify. It is no thrills, but works great for basic wholesale needs. There support is also very helpful to fix issues.
