I’ve only been using Yanet for a few hours, but I’m already impressed by how smooth and user-friendly it is. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the setup process was quick and intuitive — perfect even if you're just getting started. What really stood out, though, was the incredible support from Alex. He was super responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to help me get everything up and running. It's rare to find such attentive and knowledgeable customer service, especially so quickly. If this is what the first few hours are like, I can’t wait to see what’s next. Support is answering very quick! The app has sometimes some error which lead to very bad results in our backend but they were able to fix that within 30 hours.

I just got the app, so it's hard to tell how it will work for me in the long run. But, the customer service has been A+ superb so far. The app itself is simple, basic, and to the point with what it offers. I like that it's not overcomplicated and gets the job done. Hopefully they'll add more features in the future, so I can continue to use them as my business grows.

I don't want to apply a certain discount on, and then make another discount for those same quantities with higher percentage discounts!

Incredible! I've finally been able to make limits on my discount volumes, by choosing 0% on the quantities I don't want to apply a certain discount on, and then make another discount for those same quantities with higher percentage discounts! (Shopify automatically applies the highest discount). This took me 10 hours of searching - But finally! Thank you so much for your great app, it's a blessing that it's free!
