Not bad. Since i'm starting i'm not interested in plan that cost money yet but only to have someone that post once a week when i really have to focus on something else is really nice it keeps my social media alive and help build trust over the clientele. I like it

I'm not a marketer. This app made it super easy and fun to create and schedule posts for my small business. I'm super happy that I found this!

I would put 0 stars if I could. While the free app was okay, I tried subscribing to see what the premium features were like. I found the posts to be off topic and poorly executed, and I cancelled my subscription after a few days. I then got my bill, which was over $400, none of the plans I tried even cost that much so it makes no sense why it's so expensive. Their website specifically says you won't be double charged if you switch subscriptions, yet that's exactly what happened. Their customer service said they would not refund me anything, as " Shopify have already taken their app store commission and we have also incurred AI costs from your account." On top of that, since I unsubscribed, I can't access any of the premium features anymore so their customer support is saying they won't refund me, PLUS I can't use the over $400- double subscription anymore. This app posted only a few posts which apparantly just cost me over $75 a post! Horrendous customer service and I hope everyone avoids this scammer company. Will be following up with shopify and disputing this charge since they won't offer support or refund if you try the subscribed options and don't like them. The free version has very limited features, not really worth using compared to just posting something yourself.

Just installed this app and spent over 20 minutes completing the setup. As soon as I finished, it told me I had to upgrade just to make a post — otherwise it will only start to generate post in a month. This was not made clear upfront. The constant “upgrade to unlock” prompts throughout the setup were misleading, and the advertising suggested more functionality than the free version actually provides. Not worth the time invested.

Great site! It allowed me to make videos and market on social media platforms. The only fixes that I would suggest is better video qualities. My videos that were posted were all blurry and whenever I set up a same day ad, it never posted but took away from my credits. Overall wonderful website!

For a small business owner or one-man band, this is a great app to use for social media postings. The free version only includes 1 post per week, but the post includes product photo, copy and hashtags. I edit some of the hashtags, but that literally takes a minute. At some point in my business I will upgrade. I love this app.

The free plan on Xyla AI is pretty much pointless. The features are so limited you can’t even swap out or regenerate a single post without upgrading. If you’re expecting to actually test the platform or get any real value before paying, don’t bother. Look elsewhere, the free version feels like a teaser with no functionality behind it.

App ist erst zwei Tage aktiv, daher kann ich noch keine Einschätzung abgeben, in wie weit sie deb Shop in den sozialen Medien pushen kann. Was mir persönlich sehr gut gefallen hat, war die problemlose Anbindung an den Shop und die Verknüpfung mit meinen Kanälen. Die Beiträge und Videos gefallen mir, Einstellungen sind selbsterklärend. Preise sind akzeptabel, Preisstruktur kann ich nachvollziehen. Probiert sie einfach aus, von mir gibt es eine Empfehlung.
