A pretty solid CRM. There's definitely room for improvement in a good few areas, but they're still a young company. Plus, they have a great support team that's always willing to step up and help!

We love working with Redo! We are big on trying new things, shooting for the stars, and giving customers the best experience possible and that is everything that Redo stands for! I'd highly recommend working with them if you want to grow and try new things! They offer great services that are built to help everyone, but that can be expanded and customized to fit your needs. When asking about features or functions, most apps say they don't offer them whereas Redo will find ways to apply the features you are looking for.

We've been using Redo for 1-2 years now. It's made processing returns a quicker and easier task for sure. I had some questions about a couple issues recently and Emry was so helpful in figuring out what happened and helping me understand why and what to do moving forward.

REDO is L**P on steroids! Besides the functionality, which is leaps and bounds beyond L**P, the service that the team delivers is BEYOND white glove. So far I'm loving it! I'm a newly launched online/pop up boutique that is still in the early days of sales. Redo has made me feel more confident in the return process and made less work for me (super important as a 1 man show).
