This AI Chat Bot is by far the best I have come across on the Shopify App store and believe me I had tried a few! This bot is very easy to use, easy to set up and I'm delighted with how personal i've been able to make it for my store. The options available are fantastic and its very easy and straightforward to set up the work flows and train the bot about my store, products, policies and business. The app is very reliable, streamlines communication for my customers and is powerful in its learning and knowledge capabilities. I am over the moon with how quick the bot is and that its very easy to manage through the dashboard. I did have a few questions which the support team answered very quickly and they gave me a wealth of knowledge on how to get the best out of my bot. This app and bot are a game changer for my store and I have no hesitation whatsover in recommending this app and bot. The whole system and team behind it are phenomenal. I look forward to having this bot for a long time to come.

Mind blown ! When first looking at xena I thought the UI was a bit basic, but that is the beauty of it. I had a small issue with my products syncing so that Xena could recommend products, but Geetansh resolved the issue within 24hours. It seems that the app does not yet sync inventory, but it is a feature to come in the following weeks and something that I am looking forward to ! The UI is a basic screen where you can train your chat bot and enter your Q&A's .. the Xena does all of the hard work ! I have hundreds of lisings of all types and sizes of jewellery and Xena is able to accurately suggest jewellery to customers in a professional way. I have only just started using the app, but it already feels like it is going to be an invaluable tool in my business's strategy. Thank you for offering this for free, I'm on board for the journey !
