I have nothing but great things to say about this app and the Wizio customer support team. My store needed some special adjustments and coding so Mr. Rahul jumped in and made it happen! We spent a couple of hours working on the theme setup to make it look and perform the way we wanted. Most customer support teams would simply walk away or say NO to it but Rahul was so patient, fast, and knowledgeable. We had to change several things around and it was not easy at all. Very responsive, polite, and respectful person to deal with. A few days after Wizio app performed perfectly in our store and we could not be happier. I have tried 5 different cart free gift/free shipping promotions and there have always been errors or issues with them that made it to difficult to use on our store. This is the first one that has been usable. It isn't perfect as I guess Shopify's cart and checkout coding makes some things unchangeable, but it's been working well for us overall and support was helpful with minor issues we've had.
