EDIT: They charge based on the volume of sales for your entire store. NOT only for the wholesale accounts. The volume of sales is not relevant to the app and they should only be charging for customers who sign up and use the wholesale option. Shop around folks, there are other great apps that do fair billing. Great so far. I have to get used to navigating the app and setting it up properly. Customer service is great.

App is pretty easy to use. A cost effective way to add wholesale accounts and pricing to your Shopify.

I really enjoy this app, it does most of what I need it to. However, how my business operates, only 1/4th of my sales are made in a way where this app can be used, yet I'm charged based on the total number of orders my site gets. 75% of these orders are from one-time customers at an event and therefore aren't subject to the orders made by my wholesale customers. But each month I pay $199 despite only 30-40 monthly orders being subject to wholesale pricing. If there was a way to segment the orders filtered to the app that influences the monthly cost, then I will reinstall, but the cost for my business exceeds the return. Responsive customer service though!

The worst support emailed about glitch 1st of November every time I get we are working on it this app should not be live waisted my time and it cost me sales I DONT RECOMMEND THIS APP.

Great app. The team was very helpful in getting everything set up. Make sure to tweak the settings (shopify tags/ and placement of wholesale pricing widget). We will continue being a customer and have zero plans to switch to any other B2B app.

Works well and is easy to use, but needs ‘bundle’ function to compete with other quantity discount apps.

The app does what it says and it does it well. Creating the discount and volume rules was a little tricky to begin with, but it works.

Decent app for being free, it barely does its job. I have encountered some problems with discounts (I used the app to create discounts related to the customer tag), in fact many times the discounts did not appear on my site, this caused some problems. I contacted support several times, and in addition to responding late and after many hours, they did not solve anything for me, they said to send a ticket to their technicians, but they never solved anything for me.

Functions are sufficient. It is a good app. However, there is one major issue that made me give up using it. I have more than 500 collections in my store, but the maximum of this app is 250. I would consider using it again if the maximum is increased.

Great app to start a wholesale business. A few issues are loading is slow and there is no customization option for b2b form.
