I installed the app because of the good reviews. Unfortunately, the app is underdeveloped in many respects. While the support team is helpful, the programmers behind it are unable to implement the essential functions for B2B trading. The price of €99/month is completely unreasonable – far too high. We unfortunately invested many hours trying to install the app and now still have to look for an alternative.

Not all customer service is the same! Having to edit my review that I left below, I unfortunately got stuck with Jack this past time and all he gives me is excuses for not knowing my theme rather than just helping out the best way he can. For that, editing my review. It was Wholesale Clubs APP that was causing an issue for my theme and I believe because of that, they should be willing to help me out and be used to helping people out on different themes to figure out a workaround for the bug they are giving me. Customer service is AWESOME!! AAAAA++ Emily helped me this last time in a bind and was amazing. Been using them for years and love it!

Fast detaield responses to questions. We love the feature of being able to set a price for wholesale we do not use the percentage option we use the price. The app is easy to navagate. Recommend adding to your store.

Offer excellent and quick support by reps that are very knowledgeable. Kay was wonderful and handled my queries efficiently and explained solutions in a way that I could understand. Kay even noticed areas of my website that were not set up correctly that would have prohibited my customers from accessing their applicable discounts. Five stars!
