Best app for wholesale and best customer support

This app has solved a major issue with Shopify allowing wholesale pricing at a fixed level. Our store runs many sales in which we mark down the price, which has always conflicted with a discount based wholesale program. Instead now wholesalers have a displayed price shown from product page to checkout, regardless of the sales discount. We had some issues at first, but the team helped us get the app working in 1 day. I highly recommend this app if you have similar issues navigating Shopify's pricing structure.

Any issues encountered were resolved quickly, in some cases while we were still in live chat with support. Once setup, Sami Wholesale delivers well-integrated core functionality to offer trade customers special pricing and a quick order form. We especially appreciate the flexibiilty of having custom CSS built into the order form settings, which will allow us to optimise the UI going forward.
