This app NEVER worked properly since install in October 2024. I reached out to customer support in November for help and they never helped me get it working. I disabled and deleted the lock and uninstalled the app and thought it was done with since I went with Locksmith for my wholesale lock app. However, I checked my Shopify bill recently and realized I have been charged monthly for this app since October without it ever working properly and attempting to get help and ultimately uninstalling months ago. The customer support has been non existent and even today when talking to them about this, they were rude and condescending. I would definitely NOT recommend this app to anyone.

This app just plain works. It does what it says - and then some. Super easy to set up, super intuitive to use. We’ve got a lot of moving parts on the wholesale side of things, so we paired it with the Wholesale Pricing Discount app to open up even more flexibility. The two play nice together - no hiccups. Now the real kicker: the support team is top-notch. Fast response time, folks are friendly, and any issue we hit were handled right away without runaround.
