Cannot recommend Wholesale Gorilla highly enough! We have been using it in our store for over a year and made what was a time consuming task became streamlined and a simple process to manage all our stockists. Support requests were met promptly and excellent communication. Wholesale Gorilla is worth it in every aspect.

I love being able to offer my wholesale customers the option to shop online and that I can select the pricing and the products I offer. The quick order form is great. I had an issue where a collection had dropped off and Serhii sorted it out for me. Ideally a customer service rep based in Australia (or worked our hours) would be great, but within 12 hours my issue was sorted so all good.

It’s been a great help having WSG! We are able to really grow our B2B business with their app while working off of a standard shopify plan. Support is fast and very helpful. The app isn’t buggy and it gets a lot done!

We tested the App for a few weeks and there were a few functional gaps that were important to us. We wanted the customer to have the option to select Pick-Up on their order. Prices on Products with variants could be misleading as the price for a Small Item may be shown below a Large item. A customer that is getting a Gorilla Discount on an item, is ineligible to receive a greater discount on that item if it happens to go on sale in the store to all customers. The Customer Service was very good, however the addition of a Chat function would be more helpful and expedient than exchanging e-mails.

So far the app has been pretty simple to setup and use. I like that you can exclude and differentiate discounts differently for the same "Dealer" (i.e. some products are 20% off and some have a "set" price no matter the retail price) Also customer service was incredibly fast in fixing a coding issue that was showing the incorrect price at checkout but the right price at the cart. It ended up being another app redirecting the checkout but they implanted some coding in my theme and got it handled in under an hour (pretty damn impressive these days). So far no issues but will update if I have any!

Good app, but the help from the onboarding email and support desk has been great! I did find setting some aspects a little tricky, and some things I didn't understand, but the questions I asked the help desk were answered quickly, and they really helped me get to the exact issue. So really impressed, and I'm confident if I have further questions I'll get the answers I need. Thanks!
