Any time I have an issue, often a user-generated issue (not a problem with the actual app), I get a prompt, thorough and friendly response and it gets resolved ASAP. Loving the ease of this program–it's user friendly, there's additional info available when you get stuck (because even the most user friendly apps can get beginners tripped up), and the team is super responsive and clear with direction. We've been using it for about a month now and I've changed the theme, menu, and other backend switches that have gotten other programs snagged before, and wholesale gorilla has kept up with me–I'm thoroughly impressed. I've pretty much tried every B2B app available in the Shopify store, to include using dev programs to create rules (which worked well and is very dev heavy / you have to be on top of it because you fix it if something snags) and this has been the one our team has been able to get into flow with on the front end. 10/10 recommend!
