絕對不要使用。 系統問題很多,客服回覆非常慢,基本只會要求客戶自行排查問題、或查看線上說明手冊,甚至試圖教育客戶使用方法不對,必須按他們的模板操作,不然就直接跟你說沒辦法。 後來決定放棄使用退款,客服先批評我們這樣花費比較高(問題是,貴公司的系統無法達到我們的需求好嗎?)堅持關帳之後,才說當天會安排退款申請,結果完全沒收到任何通知,隔天問了又說要等一週結帳。好不容易發關帳通知信又變成收到資料之後14天退款。直接告知他們無法接受,又改口說按註冊規定,是30天退款。 現在只慶幸及時止血,沒有真正用下去。 更新: 開發團隊的回覆不出意料,仍然非常令人失望,而且推諉責任和扭曲事實的態度令人嘆為觀止。 1、敝公司從未要求客服和工程師在「1天之內」配合需求開發出新的系統。 反而是貴公司客服經常在溝通各種問題時下班,隔天必須主動追問才告知系統無法解決,請我們自行處理。耐心配合溝通到雙12前,確定系統完全不符合需求才決定放棄,現在被扭曲成強迫貴公司開發新功能,恕敝公司不克承擔如此重大之責任。 2、退款問題,已於LINE、Email、評論中多次說明。貴公司堅持己見、甚至直接在信件中回覆最初的客服承諾為口頭約定,無法證明。如今的回覆依然如故,推諉的態度實在令敝公司難以相信有任何歉意。 收到貴公司的回覆,敝公司再次慶幸即時止損,未展開長期合作。 僅希望貴公司兌現一週內完成退款之承諾,不再聯絡,祝生意興隆 :)
