Useful App, But the Customer Support is Awful While the Vimonial Shoppable Video & UGC app is somewhat helpful, the customer support is shockingly bad. I waited for hours for a response, and even though Leon was marked as online, he completely ignored my questions. It’s beyond frustrating to be left hanging with no assistance when issues arise. The lack of care and responsiveness from their support team makes the app feel unreliable. Don’t waste your time if you expect even basic customer service—this experience has been a huge letdown.

This is a fantastic app! It took just 5 minutes to set up, and it looks amazing on the site. It offers so many features that can make your site stand out like the top-tier ones. I'm really happy I discovered this app and highly recommend everyone to give it a try!

App is great but it keeps crashing, when I try to upgrade it says Internal error, videos are slow in upload process

Amazing app. I use the app primarily to showcase custom ugc videos as testimonials on my product pages with gempages. I tried other apps like loox, but they dont have the functionality where you can add videos manually. Vimonial lets you manually add videos, which is a game-changer. You can either upload local videos or tiktok/instagram videos. This makes it perfect for brands that have a lot of influencer and ugc creator posts on social media. Customer service is also super responsive and helpful. They also listen to feedback and are open to adding new features which is a testament on how much they value customer satisfaction.
