I love the way this looks & how simple it is to use, but it's not compatible with draft orders which was not promoted. I changed the text to "Someone from {{city}} ordered" & "Someone from {{country}} ordered" & the formatting worked great for everything... but drafts. With drafts it continued to show publicly "{{customer.first_name}} purchased I talked to support and their recommendations were to: 1 - Delete the orders from Admin 2 - They would tell their team but no timeframe 3 - Use a different app. Support was friendly, but for anyone who uses draft orders & doesn't want customer's names showing I would avoid.
