Worked great for about 6 months then stopped displaying on desktop, it shows one item then never shows anymore sales. But most of traffic is mobile and seems to be working fine on mobile.

I initially found this app to be quite effective. However, after a few months, the pop-ups stopped appearing. I reached out to customer support, but their response was unsatisfactory. They advised me to uninstall and reinstall the app, which I did, but unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved.

The app is not stable, unfortunately. It's great that it is free. I kept the browser and after 8-10 popups it stopped showing it with a console message I sent to live support. The live support keeps saying that it is working on their side. It doesn't help me if it is working on your side. There is a console message and it says "No orders to render". I am totally ready to update my review but your support should learn how to handle such situations.

It worked at first, then afterwards it did not and when I checked the browser console it shows error: Failed to load resource: https://****.com/cdn/shopifycloud/consent-tracking-api/v0.1/consent-tracking-api.js net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT

I love the way this looks & how simple it is to use, but it's not compatible with draft orders which was not promoted. I changed the text to "Someone from {{city}} ordered" & "Someone from {{country}} ordered" & the formatting worked great for everything... but drafts. With drafts it continued to show publicly "{{customer.first_name}} purchased I talked to support and their recommendations were to: 1 - Delete the orders from Admin 2 - They would tell their team but no timeframe 3 - Use a different app. Support was friendly, but for anyone who uses draft orders & doesn't want customer's names showing I would avoid.

No he podido configurar el popup, anteriormente en otras tiendas me dejo y sencillo ahora no me deja y no me deja, no hay ninguna guia con respecto al problema que tengo

easy to cost, and cost-friendly, lovee it! just do set up for 2-3 mins at the very beginning, then you don't need to do anything more! unlike other apps, you have to check, update, or worry if it's weighting your website rather helping it

Just had an issue making the app work on my website and a friendly member of the support team (Aaron) got on it and sorted it very quickly. Would recommend the app. Great customer service :)
