I'm not a fan of giving negative reviews (and they deleted mine here) just to get a point across, but here it is again. You can check TrustPilot for it too for honest negative reviews (they are very very recent). 1. The price of the subscription (which constantly changed) should not cost this much if the platform is not intuitive. All of the updates I made to my labels are all gone just because of this update that they claim is "better". It's not. I literally have screengrabs of every instance it changed. 2. I didn't get refunded for paying for a subscription when being told that I didn't need it to upload labels, when it now says you do (strictly you have to now). Money down the drain when you made zero sales. Like why pay for a subscription PLUS having the products processed to ship to the customers? Greed I say GREED! 3. Chat is removed so you can't bother them anymore, but even direct email they won't respond back. 4. Prices are not consistent all throughout the store. 5. Links are always, always broken so you can't even see the product. 6. Just like everyone else say on TrustPilot, there is literally only one person to answer everything. 7. I shouldn't have to pay for printing my own custom boxes when we're being charged monthly to be on a platform that even down to the images doesn't work. 8. How are you trying to say I'm a "power user "when you're supposed to help ME the person giving you my hard earned money to make the brand??? I am someone who literally worked in the industry. I even recreated MY OWN RENDERS so that they don't look like other white label brands. I can literally add a list as you can see I'm at these amount of bulletpoints. As a result of this, I would unfortunately have to remove all products pertaining to makeup when thats when my potential buyers are eyeing based on my paid ads.

I really love the idea of the lab sending a photo of the products before shipping. It gives customers a preview of what they’ll receive, and I think that’s a really cool touch!

It's a small business, so if you need assistance, I highly recommend setting up calls or meetings to make sure things run smoothly. ViaGlamour has a lot of potential, and the product quality is there, but the process needs more communication. If you’re considering working with them, just be prepared to stay on top of every detail to avoid delays and misunderstandings.

I’ve spent a lot of money trying to get my brand up and running with ViaGlamour, and it has been nothing but frustration. Orders take weeks to ship to customers, and when they finally arrive, items are missing or incorrect. Trying to get a response from customer service? Good luck. It takes weeks to hear back, and when they do respond, it’s always excuses—but they never actually fix the problem. I paid extra for custom branding on postage labels and packing slips, but they just use generic ones instead. After complaining, they offered a refund, but I never received it. I also ordered products that were never shipped, and they never even told me they wouldn’t be sending them. Again, no refund for those missing items. I even have a customer order still pending, and after multiple requests for a refund, I still haven’t received one. It seems like Kiril is the only person working at this company because I’ve never been able to get help from anyone else. It’s a shame because some of their products are great quality, but the horrible customer service, false advertising, and constant delays make it impossible to run a business smoothly. If you're trying to build a brand, do not waste your time with ViaGlamour. They will take your money, ignore your issues, and leave you scrambling to fix their mistakes.

I think there are a lot of great things to be said about Via Glamour! The most notable I would say is the CEO personally handles the Customer Service, which is a fellow CEO of a business. I can very much appreciate it, and I think it really Makes this business stand out! On top of that, the actual product quality is unmatched. Everything is natural and actually good for you resulting in high-quality products that you can put your personal brand on for your Dropshipping business! Highly recommend

Non-existent customer support. This app has BUGS BUGS BUGS. Logo uploading doesn't work 50% of the time, and you need to reupload 10+ times for it to stick to your settings. Try calling? Voicemail, no live person to talk to. They don't call back. Try emailing? No response. They offer a 14 day free trial but you wont hear from them in that time, so please pass for something else, this is NOT the solution for you.

Software bugs and extremely slow shipping for great products. Edit: for clarity, I am talking about fulfillment time being slow. The order was not fulfilled in a timely manner due to an item being out of stock. This is a larger issue: the app does not properly indicate when items are out of stock, so customers order colors that cannot be fulfilled.

They have top-notch customer support. That is true, not just the word. Although sometimes they might be slower than expected awaiting a timeframe to get replies from them, it doesn't stop me from collaborating with them further. Their products are also quality enough. If you ask me, I would say I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is going to start the journey with them. Thanks for everything :)
