Such a shame. What started out with so much potential has fallen away like a rock! I was so excited with this app and the company and the initial onboarding, but that has literally collapsed completely into me just paying them money with virtually nothing in return. Reached out on multiple occasions to try and re-engage with them and get some collaboration on making more out of what we do, and got nothing back. Can't even get a badge on our store working as we want. It's a fail. So disappointed. We are actively looking to replace with a company that cares about their relationships with their clients. My current advice would be to avoid and look elsewhere. Also, as a side note, we've been using this app for nearly 3 years (not 1 month as it says on Shopify Reviews!)

We A/B tested showing banners about tree planting vs not showing banners, and the CR uplift gives us a 2.4 ROI on the app and trees.
