We have two sites with multiple product groups, fulfillment locations, as well as domestic and international shipping destinations. The rules we needed were fairly complex both to build and to explain. Not only did the app accomplish what we were hoping, the support from Molly included multiple back and forth email replies with extensive documentation, patience, and even videos showing me how to set up the more complicated aspects. How do we get support on weekends. I really wish we had a support number to reach a human. I cannot get my contract rates linked again after UPS upgraded their system. Advanced shipping rules is using retail rates. Can we create a rule that calculates a discount off retail rate and something notifies me by email my rates are no longer linked. This is my busiest time of the year.

Slow support when there are clear bugs on their side. Cost me losing a lot of sales at a critical time. Only email support is available, they won't pick up their phone. Get this app if you want customers to never come back to your site due to high shipping.
