The app is great and does exactly what we need it to do but I'm really leaving this review because their support is absolutely unmatched! We had a minor issue that caused us to reach out. Turns out, it wasn't even caused by their app but they still went above and beyond and found the issue for us! Can not recommend Advanced Shipping Rules any higher!

The free trial is forever which takes off the pressure of setup and testing before committing. The big plus is the outstanding, personable customer support! We have two sites with multiple product groups, fulfillment locations, as well as domestic and international shipping destinations. The rules we needed were fairly complex both to build and to explain. Not only did the app accomplish what we were hoping, the support from Molly included multiple back and forth email replies with extensive documentation, patience, and even videos showing me how to set up the more complicated aspects.
