A fully comprehensive app that solved our complex shipping rules with ease and logic. I had been searching for a way to achieve something I that Shopify couldn't, and ASR came up in every search (Google, AI, everything) that I used to try to solve it. The free trial is forever which takes off the pressure of setup and testing before committing. The big plus is the outstanding, personable customer support! We have two sites with multiple product groups, fulfillment locations, as well as domestic and international shipping destinations. The rules we needed were fairly complex both to build and to explain. Not only did the app accomplish what we were hoping, the support from Molly included multiple back and forth email replies with extensive documentation, patience, and even videos showing me how to set up the more complicated aspects. Great app, even greater customer support. Highly recommend.
