The app is amazing; you can change the variant to whatever you like, and also, the customer service does an excellent job, when you need them, they give a good service and help. By far the best variant app up there!

When I first purchased the app, the customer service was good and helped me set up my app on to my site. I was pleased with the service, so I went ahead and installed it on my second website; however, after they set up my 2nd website, it's been really hard to get a hold of anyone to assist. I've been waiting for 2 days just for the dashboard to say " be back in 3 hours," so I waited for 3 more hours just for the dashboard to say a few more hours. Super annoyed. Lack of customer service...not sure if this app is worth keeping if I can't reach anyone when needed. Other reviewers are all saying the support is there when needed...not sure what support they are referring to...because it's not there. waiting for 2 days going on 3 is ridiculous.

Utpal from the CS was very helpful and helped be about 1 hour by soliving some issues on my store. I give him 5 stars!
