This is the best AI customer service software I’ve used so far. The logic is clear, and the responses are accurate; however, later on, it will require training the bot with more reference materials. Overall, it’s very good.

VanChat is very powerful, and its self-learning capabilities save us a lot of time and allow the AI assistant to be activated immediately. It provides powerful shopping guide functions, just like a real assistant, and can provide customers with accurate recommendations. We hope that for questions it cannot answer, it can directly transfer them to customer service so that we can intervene in the conversation in a timely manner and resolve customer concerns.

VanChat is pretty impressive. We've tried several AI-based shopping assistants, and here it integrates really well with Shopify. It supports multilingual features, multiple markets, etc. right out of the box. And the best feature is the ability to “enhance” the LLM over time, so it gets smarter!

I'm still in the process of training the app, but wow, so far so good! I really think this is going to be a game changer for my shop.
