To further aggravate the situation, I decided to use the Shopify app's built-in support feature to contact the developer for help. Unfortunately, I received no reply through this channel either, which is not only disappointing but also unacceptable. In conclusion, my experience with the ValueFirst WhatsApp App has been a complete letdown. The app's outsourcing of the activation process to an external website, the lack of responsiveness to email inquiries, and the absence of support through the Shopify platform are all major red flags. It's disheartening to see Shopify allowing such apps with subpar customer support and a lack of proper integration into their platform. I would strongly advise potential users to steer clear of this app, as it is a time-consuming and frustrating endeavor.
