Valido adds a Cash on Delivery button to your product page, cart and cart drawer. The buyer fills in a short delivery form with phone, city, zone and a landmark, then confirms with a one time code sent on WhatsApp, or by email as a fallback. Only then is an unpaid order created in your Shopify admin, with the zone fee and all delivery details. Buyers reported by two or more stores are flagged, three or more are blocked before any code is sent.
