I have been an UploadKit user for close to 3 years now. This was a great app for a while, support was top notch, and I had never considered an alternative, but as other reviewers have noted, they are now completely asleep at the wheel when it comes support. This has cost us time, sales, and unnecessary aggravation. Initially when we had an issue - which is extremely common with this app - they were addressed pretty quickly but I am now having to wait days and even weeks for even so much as a response. Toby the "lead developer" is never available and my shop has experienced a litany off issues that remain unresolved. Every product my shop sells is customizable and file uploads are a pretty critical part of that. I have to send daily emails and almost always open have to open multiple support tickets to even get an acknowledgement that someone is seeing my requests. In most cases, my messages are just simply ignored. The interface is slick, but if you are looking for a solution to help you manage file uploads, do not end up in a situation where you are dependent on UploadKit.

Until customer support responds and provides a solution for their application, this negative review will remain visible for everyone to see. I also contacted Shopify support, as this has been the worst experience I’ve had with an app. We've encountered a recurring issue where customers could place an order without uploading a photo. I have been facing this issue for over two years since becoming a customer. While the support team was initially helpful and communicative, they have since completely ignored me, often not responding for weeks or even months. When we first reported the issue, they asked us to collect more data to help identify the problem. Months went by with no solution. Eventually, they added a line, _Custom, in our Shopify admin to track why photos weren’t being uploaded. However, as more time passed and we continued receiving orders without photos, we gave up on waiting for a fix. I repeatedly requested that they remove the _Custom field they added, but they never did. The problem remained unresolved, so we ultimately had to abandon the requirement for mandatory photo uploads. Imagine paying for an app for over two years and customer support to treat you like you're some sort of spammer.

the product does not save pictures this 1. After deleting the application, I reinstalled it again, it wants the 1-month fee I paid again, this 2 other applications are more comfortable, believe me.
