Until customer support responds and provides a solution for their application, this negative review will remain visible for everyone to see. I also contacted Shopify support, as this has been the worst experience I’ve had with an app. We've encountered a recurring issue where customers could place an order without uploading a photo. I have been facing this issue for over two years since becoming a customer. While the support team was initially helpful and communicative, they have since completely ignored me, often not responding for weeks or even months. When we first reported the issue, they asked us to collect more data to help identify the problem. Months went by with no solution. Eventually, they added a line, _Custom, in our Shopify admin to track why photos weren’t being uploaded. However, as more time passed and we continued receiving orders without photos, we gave up on waiting for a fix. I repeatedly requested that they remove the _Custom field they added, but they never did. The problem remained unresolved, so we ultimately had to abandon the requirement for mandatory photo uploads. Imagine paying for an app for over two years and customer support to treat you like you're some sort of spammer.

This app works very well for my purpose. I have little to no experience with building a website and I was able to navigate the app with ease. Support is prompt and reliable. When I needed a solution that was not already available, Toby was able to create it for me. I highly recommend!

I'm a photo printer and this app works very well for my clients to see the crops of their images before uploading them. I've had to contact the help desk a couple of times and they have always been very fast in reaching back to me with our different time zones and very helpful.

This app is easy to use and does a really good job at uploading photos and text. I needed help changing the button color, and the support team responded quickly and followed up to ensure everything was okay. Highly recommend using it!

the product does not save pictures this 1. After deleting the application, I reinstalled it again, it wants the 1-month fee I paid again, this 2 other applications are more comfortable, believe me.

This app is so good, I tried all the other upload files app and this is by far the best. And more importantly their customer service is 10/10!!

App has been working for us amazingly, no sweat. Setup was easy, the tutorials made it super simple! Essentially, the success of my entire ecommerce store is capable thanks to this app... Which is a little scary in a way, but this app allows me to be successful, and I'm so glad I found it! Aside from the app working right out of the gate, the support is second to none... All my questions were responded to within a day. For some more extra technical questions, the team forwarded me to Toby who is just a pleasure to work with! I'd hate to set the bar too high for this guy but he's been literally coding us unique templates specifically for our businesses needs and I'm so grateful for his attention to the customers.
