I am extremely disappointed with the UpCart Cart Builder app. Despite the clear terms stating that no charges would be made if the app is uninstalled during the trial period, I was still charged. I ensured that I removed the app well within the trial timeframe, yet found an unexpected charge on my account. This experience has been frustrating and feels like a breach of trust. If a company cannot uphold its promises during the trial period, it raises serious concerns about their reliability and transparency. I urge potential users to be cautious and double-check all terms before committing to this app. I hope the developers address this issue and improve their billing practices to avoid misleading other users in the future.

Easy to install, really great product and service that is incredibly rare these days: personal, immediate and accurate. Thank you for a great product that helps fill the gap where shopify (yet again) falls short.

10/10 - Not only is this app fantastic and highly customizable - the staff will go above and beyond for anything you need. I use this app on all my stores and would never use anything else. The in-cart upsell has made a significant increase in my store's revenue and average order value. Particularly I would like to mention Mark, his attitude is 10/10 and he has helped me out in many ways. This company really does go above and beyond

Great app, great support. This app has immensely helped my AOV. Even if its just a few extra dollars from shipping protection each sale or bundling with other products, this app is a no brainer. I had a couple of issues with the load time lagging on my theme however support were prompt and had multiple solutions which fixed it in no time. Its great to have an app that is easy to use, works, increases profit, and has great support. Highly recommend. Thanks to Mark and Michelle for their assistance.

I INSTALLED THIS APP YESTERDAY AND GOT LIKE 10 ORDERS AFTER INSTALLING IT. THE APP CHARGED ME THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION WHICH IS FAIR BUT IT ALSO CHARGED ME A "USAGE FEE" WHICH IS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE. I SUBSCRIBED TO THE 15$ PLAN FOR 50 ORDERS. THIS APP CHARGED ME $90. THIS IS RIDICULOUS FOR 10 ORDERS.

Patti was one of the best customers services person we have ever worked with. Not only she took a call at 8PM but helped us get set up in 30 minutes things that would take us few hours to get set up properly and run smoothly. Highly recommend this app just based on the support we got today.

BE VERY CAREFUL USING THIS APP!! Will cause double counting in your analytics impacting audience signals and remarking efforts. When I notified them, they provided an obscure code with no guidance on implementation. When I asked for help, they told me to hire an app developer. I would think twice before using this app as it will impact your analytics (something we all rely on heavily in e-commerce).

Worked with Mark from the customer service team to best match our original cart design and he nailed it. Mark has been assisting me all day fixing and tweaking small lines of code to create a quality cart design with many upselling features! So far the experience with UpCart and their team has been great!
