The cart drawer looks clean, the upsell features are intuitive, and it's easy to customize to fit our store’s needs. What impressed us the most was the support — quick, friendly, and helpful. I could not be happier with the help I received from Jacinda! She went above and beyond to help me diagnose and solve my problem, which ended up not being an issue with UpCart at all! Jacinda not only looked through the site herself, but also made videos for me which I will refer to in the future as well. I'd give 0 reviews if I could. Expensive, mediocre app with the worst customer service I've ever seen in the Shopify app store. I asked for support on a very simply issue, but it has not been solved after almost two weeks. When asking support to help me I always get a copy-paste answer that's totally useless. I'm going to look for a different app with good support. Definitely not recommended.

Best solution I've found for my cart. Personally works better than anything I've had custom coded as well. Fitting the full screen on mobile and easy upsells. It's exactly what I was looking for. Fast customer support, quite literally instant responses. And always able to provide a solution but also the reasoning behind it. Nothing but great positives to say about Upcart.

app stopped working , alot of glitches, free gifts not working, text all over the place. customer support does not exist. there is one agent switching between dozens of merchants. run away!

On top of that, the customer support is terrible – no real solutions. It feels like the developers don’t care about user feedback. Definitely not worth the hassle. Avoid it if you can!
