10/10 - Not only is this app fantastic and highly customizable - the staff will go above and beyond for anything you need. I use this app on all my stores and would never use anything else. Great app, great support. This app has immensely helped my AOV. Even if its just a few extra dollars from shipping protection each sale or bundling with other products, this app is a no brainer. I had a couple of issues with the load time lagging on my theme however support were prompt and had multiple solutions which fixed it in no time. Its great to have an app that is easy to use, works, increases profit, and has great support. Highly recommend. Thanks to Mark and Michelle for their assistance.
