I'd give 0 reviews if I could. Expensive, mediocre app with the worst customer service I've ever seen in the Shopify app store. I asked for support on a very simply issue, but it has not been solved after almost two weeks. When asking support to help me I always get a copy-paste answer that's totally useless. I'm going to look for a different app with good support. Definitely not recommended.

app stopped working , alot of glitches, free gifts not working, text all over the place. customer support does not exist. there is one agent switching between dozens of merchants. run away!

⭐ 1/5 - Disappointing Experience This app is full of bugs that never seem to get fixed. They promise improvements, but the same issues persist, making it frustrating to use. On top of that, the customer support is terrible – no real solutions. It feels like the developers don’t care about user feedback. Definitely not worth the hassle. Avoid it if you can!

Horrible customer service. Mark made me wait 1 hour and he come up with an generic answer. This is the worst customer service ever. If you are planning to set this up same day stay away and look for another app. Also app didnt integrate with my theme and i cannot find anyone to help me with it.

Extrêmement déçu par le support client et technique. Nous utilisons cette application depuis 8 mois et en avons largement dépendu. Jusqu’à présent, tout fonctionnait bien malgré quelques bugs techniques qui sont apparus au fil du temps. Cependant, l’équipe de l’application n’a jamais vraiment cherché à nous aider, et nous avons dû trouver des solutions par nous-mêmes. Depuis 4 jours, un problème majeur empêche l’affichage de nos images, du carrousel et de l’affichage mobile, en raison d’un conflit entre l’application et notre thème. Après avoir contacté les développeurs du thème, ils nous confirment que le souci vient de l’application et nous renvoient vers leur support. De leur côté, l’équipe de l’application rejette la responsabilité sur le thème, sans chercher à proposer la moindre solution. L’assistance est décevante et manque de professionnalisme. L’application est utile, mais lorsqu’un problème survient, il n’y a aucun accompagnement sérieux. Notre taux de conversion a été divisé par trois, et malgré cela, on nous répond simplement que l’application n’a pas changé. Certes, mais lorsqu’on paie pour un service, il est normal qu’il fonctionne ou, à défaut, que l’on nous apporte une solution concrète. Comme souvent sur Shopify, les thèmes et applications se multiplient pour engranger des profits, mais l’assistance technique est rarement à la hauteur. Ils sollicitent facilement des avis pour gonfler leur note, mais dès qu’un problème sérieux survient, peu d’entre eux se montrent réellement efficaces.

very good and effective app overall, but incredibly POOR customer service. We are in the most important & lucrative season of the year, there is a small issue we are having with this app. but no concrete support in the past 15 days, this is very very disappointing. so I wouldn't recommend this app unless they improve their customer service!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. The team provided no individual assistance for coding or app adjustments, instead directing us to self-help articles. Despite configuring the app correctly for our market's currency, it displayed prices in USD instead of AUD, preventing us from making immediate sales. Unfortunately, the team lacks a development team and suggested we either code the fix ourselves or hire a professional. For a $30 app, this level of support is highly disappointing. Most Shopify apps priced above $12-$15 typically include developer support to resolve issues stemming from the app's programming. would recommend the app for that price!

Doesn't work- Not a fan of apps that hold my customers ransom in such a way. 5 Days into my Selling Plan trial it disabled all purchases (not just upsells) demanding I get a Selling Plan despite being on the "free" trial for it.

At first I was very excited to use this app -- it does what it promises! However, in the latest billing statement I got, I got 1 usage charge of 19 euros additional to my monthly subscription fee! When I reached out to them, their bot replied with: "The usage fee of 19 euros for UpCart on your Shopify store is likely based on your store's total order volume for the month. UpCart, like other AfterSell products, uses a pricing model that scales with your store's performance. The fee is determined by the number of orders your entire Shopify store generates in a month, not just the orders processed through UpCart. This means that as your store's order volume increases, the pricing may adjust accordingly." I'm sorry, but that is completely BS. Especially because out of the growth of my shop during that month, there was 1 upsell! So they're getting an extra cut of my profits just for being installed on my store. I don't find that fair at all.

This app has been a major disappointment. UpCart promises increased conversion rates, but the reality is far from it. The app consistently freezes when adding more items, making it frustrating for both store owners and customers. It’s unreliable, and the lack of any custom coding or flexibility leaves much to be desired. Customer service is practically non-existent. There’s no support from any real experts, and you’re left to fend for yourself when issues arise. It’s clear that the developers are more focused on maximizing profit than providing a quality support and app. There are far better apps available with responsive support and real customization options. Save your time and money—look elsewhere!

Layout is very nice, support is taking forever to fix a simple issue. Our products won't scroll when added to cart. May have to go back to rebuy to get it working how we need to again. Update: total lack of help

as other users already written. this app is so buggy, that it destroys your business. it added random products to cart without displaying them, after hours the customer service told me he opened a ticket! sometimes they dont answer! the other day the add to cart button was not working and i made zero sales, till i found out! found every day another error and they charge 50€ for this! uninstalled it! customer support needs hours to answer, it seems like its not neccesary to take care when the easiest functions not working! do not install this app!

"Disappointing Experience - Lacks Key Features and Poor Support from John" I had high expectations for UpCart, but it ended up being a big letdown. The platform is missing key features that are crucial for a smooth e-commerce experience. To make matters worse, after I uninstalled it, it left behind a lot of code on my website, which caused unnecessary clutter and required manual clean-up. I reached out to support, specifically to John, but he was completely unresponsive, offering no help at all. Overall, UpCart is not worth the trouble. Stay away if you want a reliable and well-supported product!

This is NOT worth! it has been 4 days and the app is still glitching a lot. The shipping protection doesn't stay on if you go from checkout back to the store, and the app sometimes even removes items from the cart. I've notified support and all they say is "we're working on it"

Just like others have mentioned your analytics will be all over the place and leaving you in shambles and false readings. Could lose you thousands. They don't really do anything to fix this, nor do they tell you before hand.

I INSTALLED THIS APP YESTERDAY AND GOT LIKE 10 ORDERS AFTER INSTALLING IT. THE APP CHARGED ME THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION WHICH IS FAIR BUT IT ALSO CHARGED ME A "USAGE FEE" WHICH IS NOT MENTIONED ANYWHERE. I SUBSCRIBED TO THE 15$ PLAN FOR 50 ORDERS. THIS APP CHARGED ME $90. THIS IS RIDICULOUS FOR 10 ORDERS.
