Using this app caused our store to have skewed reporting results which we spent a lot of money and time investigating. I'd be careful.

The app does not work anymore, I contacted customer service twice and never replied :( so sad because it used to work for us. Apparently it's an issue with geolocation, because I've set it to display on EU countries only, but it doesn't show. If I make it available everywhere, it does work.

Le support de Ultimate GDPR EU Cookie Banner a été très efficace. Particulièrement Maria qui a résolu mon problème d'affichage de l'application dans ma boutique très rapidement en me montrant par image le processus à suivre. Merci Maria pour ton aide.

Support was completely useless. Spoke to Maria after I had issues with the banner only working intermittently on my Gecko 6 theme (very well known theme). Without even asking me for any technical information to debug the problem (which I can now prove is on their end), she basically told me the equivalent of "turn it off and on again" (which obviously didn't work) then gave up after 30 seconds and said it's not compatible. I am extremely unhappy with this plugin. Does not do what it states and support is REALLY bad.

Can't fault this app, works brilliantly. Does exactly what it needs to do with good customisation options.
