Pour ce qui est de la partie assistance, une difficulté de lancement en ce qui nous concerne, l'occasion de tester le service client. Le plugin axeptio est ultra-rapide à installer et l'interface est très intuitive. Même sans expertise technique, nous avons pu le configurer facilement.
