I would say from ANY app I've installed from Shopify, Trendsi by far has the most responsive customer support and response time in the entire Shopify app store. Importing products into our Shopify store is a breeze, and whenever I had questions on setting up my Shipping, within 5-10 minutes I got a thorough and accurate response. I highly recommend this app! I can also tell they are always innovating, finding new ways to improve, they keep their products updated, their presentation, etc. There's a good dedicated team behind Trendsi and they're doing a great job!
