I recently joined Trendsi app this year to start adding more diverse styles to my clothing boutique. What I love about Trendsi is that the clothing is very size inclusive for women of all shapes and sizes from small to plus size. This in particular aligns with the mission of my brand to be a size inclusive women's brand for women of all sizes. I also love that they have very responsive and courteous customer service. I recently had a technical issue where I didn't understand how to set up the shipping rates on Shopify as I am not tech savvy.Ms.Anya responded to my concern the same day and gave me detailed instructions on how to set up the shipping rates for Trendsi for my Shopify store. I really appreciate how kind, courteous and responsive she was with addressing my concerns. This really makes me feel more comfortable using this company since the customer service has been reliable and responsive so far.
