I started trendsi app few weeks ago. I have a great experience with them. Adding products from Trendsi to shopify is very smooth which makes my job very easy. Today, I had some problems with shipping and contacted the customer representative Anya who is very responsive and helpful, and my problem got resolved very fast. So far, I love this app for drop shipping. My only complaint is some brands on Trendsi doesn't format the size information very well because of that product pages doesn't look very professional and clean. If they can resolve this issue, it will be very helpful for me.

Harold quickly helped answer my question regarding how to handle returns with customers. He also went on to answer questions about marketing with helpful links followed by examples.

I haven't had any orders for Trendsi products yet but I am so pleased with the variety of clothing items available for infants and babies.
